I feel that we're only disgusted by same-sex organs because it's indoctrinated into us by society and envirnment from birth. I don't think that once you "become gay" you magically vomit every time you see a vagina. If anything you just wouldn't have to mentally dehumanize every patient so that you couldn't be turned on (probably making your job easier).

Also, after seeing "sick" or "problematic" vaginas all day I would hope would make you appreciate the one back home more lol. It's not exactly all 20 something swedish models coming in all day every day with crisp clean pine-fresh vagoo.
