Spend more time crafting bronze ingot stacks for 2k and selling them in minutes for 20k on Sandy AH.

1) Don't Join that "LS with Lots of cool members" it will save you alot of drama.

2) Farm all your gil in 2004, don't spend any of it you'll be rich for the rest of the game.

3) Spend more time farming sky, all that awesome solo fun will be moot whenAbyssea comes out and level cap is incrased, making all sky NMs as easy as an EP mob.

1. Use the black list function...It's a good thing.
2. Don't level goldsmithing as your main craft go with smithing or cloth craft.
3. Don't fish for moat carp for 3 months and sell/give them to someone, fish them and trade them in for a better fishing pole.

2.) No, you cannot sell, wear, or eat the beastmen's seals. That does not mean you should drop them.

3.) Stinging Sophie looks just like every other bee on the hill. She does not hit as gently as every other bee on the hill, though. This is why you should read the names of mobs before running up and poking them with your dinky bronze knife.

I remember starting as WHM and not being able to have enough gil for cure and later protect. I also bought some blm spell I couldn't use.

I also dropped all the seals and bead necklaces I got cause npcs wouldn't buy them

My friend would look things up on-line and print it out and then we would go try to do things like unluck pup and cor @30 with nothing but printed directions on how to get there. Of course this was before we knew you could buy sneak oil and invis powder, not that we could have afforded to buy any lol.

I think that's most of the things I had issues with..

i'd have only one big thing of advice...

no matter how hard you try, or how far you run, you CAN'T find where they are launching those huge fireworks from.

- On day 1 of starting dont follow high level ppl into areas just cause u think they do it so it must be cool.

- Lvl war asap to 50 its going to be a good sub for all Melee jobs.

- Dont think that just because u have a sorc ring equipped means its working.

Two years down the line and I still haven't learned my lesson on this one.

1. If a Quadav in South Gustaberg checks as an 'even match' to your RDM8/---, do not engage it as the game is lying to you. Also don't try to reraise right after you die with the damn thing still standing over your corpse.

2. When a random player sends you a /tell saying "Me and my friend just got a pair of Bounding Boots but don't need them, you can lot them if you want", don't say "I don't need them either" just to avoid the embarassment of admitting you don't know what the hell he's talking about.

3. The Cold Light of Day is NOT a good way to make money. Do not spend a week of your life repeating this quest.

-Start mining from the start. Oldton Movalpolos will be your home later on.
-Don't lvl blu or sam they're lolz, you'll also spend a year on Frenetic Rip just stick to BST PUP and PLD :P
-start on Midgard.

Someone want to explain this to me? Apparently I'm a noob.

1. Do not take a break during the great inflation! I think I was in the middle of moving at the time but thats no excuse!

2. FF11 is not every like every FF game out there..there is no such thing as "Ill get to the end of the game and have all the money I can imagine and then I can spend it on everything I need" 8( I dont know what the game is like now but for several years I figured Id get to 75 and just be rich because Id collect tons of money along the way and that never happened. I shoulda been a crafter or something >.>

3. Sharing an account with your siblings in HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE and impossible..even worse if you're on 2 different servers..lol
