Anyone do any testing to see if Fencer from WAR sub would effect Hand to Hand weapons at all? I'm very doubtful it would but if so it would be a nice bonus since Monk can't use any kind of grips with H2H Weapons.

Fencer wouldn't help you if you're using 2 hands for a weapon, a H2H weapon, or dual wielding weapons. A little bit was said here(at the bottom), but I remember reading it on some other thread somewhere a while back. I think it was on BG. Damn that's a real bummer, I know Monk is a power house but the exclusion kind of irks me since Fencer is useless as hell.
Just use a club and you're good to go.
h2h is DW's alter ego. There's nothing in the sub slot, but aside from h2h being affected by martial arts, and DW being affected by DW, they're pretty much considered the same after that point.
Single wield, DW/h2h, 2handed. H2h is it's own category, but of the other 3, it's most closely related to DW
