January last year I started back to school and it dawned on me that I was one of the oldest and fattest guys in class. Decided I could at least fix one of those. I started at 270 pounds (123kg) and even though by March I was 245 pounds (111kg), I didn't really feel like anything was changing. My wife suggested that I start taking pictures every month, and so I did.
At first eating healthy and exercise sucked and I hated every minute of it. But I set a reasonable goal of 200 pounds and did my damnedest to stick to it. Well 200 happened around December and I kinda found out I didn't have a whole lot underneath the flab. Been heavy on the weights for the past few months and have been actively trying to bulk for the past month now.
Not gonna do all the months, just the first couple and then today.

It's great when it all comes off, my favorite part is when it leaves one's neck. Nothing quite felt so discouraging as having a fatty neck. As someone who's lost 40 lbs myself, congrats!

How are you measuring your BF%?
I bought one of these fancy things when I decided I was gonna actively bulk. Trying to keep it below 20% while I bulk and then plan on cutting to below 15% whenever I get to my lifting goals.
