Great Axe Ws Sets In Abyssea

any suggestions on a gear set and for what ws using RR Atma

give me a minute to put my gear set together (although its utter crap, minimal lolperle :V)

this is basically what i tp and ws in, (sad i know) but any easy-to-get improvements that i should be looking for?

Key items im seeing Missing for TP are Blitz Ring and Brutal Earring, For Weaponskill you should work on getting a Sea Gorget, and dont WS in swift belt, use a warwolf belt.

Once you get your AF3 legs/feet you can switch to Turban and Dusk Gloves for TP.

Ugly, but not hard to get and /sam it is a 5 hit (Sumeru +1 with stp 11)



Could go 6 hit with Vermeil /sam



Those aren't too bad to get. Keep in mind during ws you'd need to hold the amount of stp.

Most obvious thing i can see is the rings, Either Blitz Ring or Accuracy Ring.

Brutal/Aesir Ear Pendant are good option for an earring as well.

Forager's Mantle, not a huge upgrade, but they're darn cheap now-adays and is, even slightly, an improvement.

Great Axe: work on something not terrible, ToM or Vermeil Bhuj would be good. ToM being better obviously, but Vermeil easier to obtain (or at least quicker).

And heres where my mathsucks is showing, With that set-up I'm unsure if you have a 6/5-hit, but if it turns out you don't/can't with Perle on WAR, the Rose strap is useless to you switch it out for something like the dbl.atk+2% one. Now if it turns out that rose strap is bumping you up the extra x-hit, Keep it!

Outside of that all good, Obviously +1/2 Empyreon/etc but the guy above me mentioned that.

Change out your GA, its delay makes you have a 7hit with your current stp setup. Try for at least a 504 delay GA unless you can get better STP gear.

Your better off using a Sword Strap instead of Rose Strap (unless you change to 504 delay GA or get more stp)

Work on getting a Brutal Earring and your Ravager+1 gear for legs/feet for TP and Head for WS.

You can make this gear set right now even if you were dirt poor.


upgrade when you can
GA - ToM GA, V.bhuj {change to turban/dusk/etc...)
Earring - Brutal Earring, Aesir
Legs/Feet - Ravager's
Back - Forager's Mantle
