Them: "Ehm, how about we put that as the least important thing, since its not likely to happen, its a bit farfetch'd, lets put retail as your number 1 job" Now dont get me wrong, i know animation is hard to get into. But why *** ask me if they arent going to put it top of the list? -_-; They dont even go throw a list of possible jobs when im there. So in protest, ive started takin the utter piss. I need to fill out these forms about what i do to find work. What i did/date/what happened/what im going to do next. One entry a few weeks ago: What I did: Pretended to be a Christian and applied to Bethany Christian Church to be an aid worker; failed. Date: 15/9/10 What happened: Nothing. What im going to do next: Be more serious/try harder. LMFAO XD Those forms are great an I'm pretty sure they don't check up on the information you put in there from ym experience.
Im on my third *** book man, its horrid. I tossed the first two so cant take pictures of them or anything. Sure ill get some mor stupid stuff soon enough though... Its pretty much all the same stuff. Looked on internet, looked in town, applied to ***retail outlet, over and over. I wanna try make it more interesting for the people working there, you know? I even asked them if they had any vacancies lol

It really is cheaper to use public transportation or just walk/bike ride.
You do realize that public transportation in most areas is crap, or non-existent? Not to mention the fact of the danger posed.
I'm not saying it's the best alternative, but rather the cheapest.
Owning a car really is counter productive for living finances. I'm surprise that Jet has lived in most areas. the logic behind your statement is flawed, you don't have to live everywhere to know that public transportation (short of major cities) is garbage.

Chaosx, you sound like a whiney ***.
You didn't get scholarships and grants? How is that my fault? Do better in highschool. Apply for said grants. Write essays, and meet the people that do the screening process for said grants.
I have a nice paying job now, 4 years after getting my degree, and I still eat the generic brands of food. I still eat ramen when I want a cheap and quick lunch. I'm still driving a piece of ***used car.

Absolutely they have a right to eat and it's the parents right to provide. The child can't provide. Obviously having a child is not always something you plan and people slip up now and then, I'm talking about the parents who deliberately have children so they can claim benefits, the parents who cannot afford to raise children but go ahead with it anyway because the government will provide.
I know this is not a nice thing to say, but if you can't provide for a child, don't have one, simple as that. If people are desperate to have a child then they are willing to build the foundations for raising one.

Not everyone works a 9-5 buddy, also yeah if you don't want roaches you're going to be paying at least 550, on the thing about electric, different areas require different heating needs and cooling, the average cost for the place i live now is between 200-300 a month in electric during the extremes, and I sit in the dark most of the time anyway...

Just helps to be frugal with your money and balance your input and your output. If you keep tabs on what comes in and what goes out and have control over what goes out, you can quickly find what is necessary and what isn't.
It's subjective though. Sometimes the necessary still outweighs the input and it's a constant step backwards. Living standards aren't universal especially if those necessities factor into means of keeping employment.

seriously *** you all i pay 150-300 in the summer for PG&E but i run the AC like a mother *** i dont *** with 100+ temp i love me some AC i wish my ***was as cheap as yallz.
lol you *** dont even want to know what i pay in property taxes it makes me god damn sick every 6 months
So, my friend has worked for a bank for a while, so he has seen a lot of shit. He tells me all the time about how people have gotten unemployment checks for years, as if it was another check to receive monthly. He's from a small town, so he knows some of these people. He knows that they take on odd-jobs that pay them under-the-table, as a way to get both unemployment and money for working. He knows that they also try to stay in a range so that they can still apply for foodstamps, which they then buy food just to sell for more cash.
So, this just pisses me off. I'm the type of person who likes to fuel my own anger to a subject, so I went browsing around the internet for stories of people doing shit like this.
The first place I check has this site. Read the very first comment afterwards:
yes i have a house and we pay 1600 for mortgage , and the others bills and they dont want to give us food stamp , by husband work in a temp job now because he lost his previous job , i have an illness and im taking ssi and i went to apply for f, stamps and they denied it , because we make a lot of money , but thet dont count , the water , the sewer, the phone , the cable the heat our personal expenses the insurance for both cars , groceries ect , i think they have to, change the way gov, its working , because we realy need a lilltehelp ..
I can only pray that this person is joking.. You can't have the internet, cable, phone, and TWO cars be factored into it as if they were all neccessary items for living. Of course they denied your damn food stamps! What is wrong with these people? Do they feel like they should be entitled the world for doing nothing?
