Obtaining Guild Marks (Crafting)

I don't want what you've heard, or what you've read.. I want to know if anyone out there has personally received them *other then the initial quest you get for your crafting guild when you get rank 20*, and if so, where did you obtain them? I'm yet to see them on any crafting leves, in BETA or Full Release, despite the fact that I have done countless level 20 crafting leves (In comparison I've done only about twice as many 20 leves on Marauder, and have already earned over 10k Guild Marks for MRD.)

Got them 3-4 times from rank 20+ local leves. It never displayed the reward upon picking the leve up, but Guild marks were rewarded in place of the gil reward each time I got them. It seemed fairly random though.

I have yet to crafting guild marks more than once during a 36 hour period.

Here is a synopsis of my guildmark history:

I have received 2k guild marks from the rank 20 questline, and 270 from a rank 20 levequest. Of the three rank 20 local leves I have completed, only one gave me guildmarks.

That's all I can say. Obviously not all rank 20 local leves give guildmarks, but some of them do. The trouble is, knowing which don't and which do, since it does not specify in the reward description.

You can join the guilds after the rank 20 quest. You will need to utilize parley as well in order to unlock them. After that, you can begin doing quests for each guild.

SO there IS use for parley!

How do you play parley? I did receive the message that I learned parley, I read need to talk to this npc when got it in gridania but he just say this then nothing.

Well nvm about parley, just looked at my currency and I have 671 blacksmith marks, just never noticed was getting them from my rank 20 local leve, don't have to do parley.

You have to select him then go to your interaction menu.

You get more from the 30 quests as well.
