Item Median + Profile Avatars

I added item medians to the item pages. Right now it's a simple calculation based on bazaar history that I will retain. I may implement a sliding median as time goes to reflect changing demand. Thanks for using ffxivpro's bazaar! :-)

I enabled the ability for FFXIV verified characters to update their avatar and add a comment similar to FFXIAH.com. Just visit http://www.ffxivpro.com/members/chars and click edit. I hope to add more options to this.

You also may have noticed I added the ability to add comments to bazaar entries. It will appear as a rollover tool tip wherever applicable.
