Reporting Feature

As you all know, in the past the reporting button beside the post (when you rated down) was not working.

With all the new site updates and added features, Scragg has fixed the reporting button!!

For this feature, it is not to be abused!

If anyone has any concerns or questions, feel free to PM a mod or admin!
