Quick, everyone block the /anon
It'll be funny seeing two people arguing, but you have one person blocked. Then all you see is a psycho babbling to him/herself.

Similar to FF11, once you blacklist someone they are blacklisted. If you're on the fence about wanting to only "kind of" block them, you should probably reconsider how badly you want to in the first place.
