Bara is Bah-rah Caws is Cow-ss Put more emphasis on the W and S :D And yeah, it's handy sometimes XD definitely a conversation starter XD. A lot of people get confused when they come to wales because the signs are in two languages lol.

weird, I had no idea this thread existed...I just posted what I'm making for dinner in random thoughts and then I saw this thread...crazy sauce! lol ok well here's what I'm making tonight!
Being creative is EXHAUSTING! I invented my own recipe, now I just have to hope and pray that it tastes as good as it looks... I'm making my own take on "stuffed chicken breast" for dinner with a side of ranch mash and corn I cut the breasts just right so that I could "fold" them into circles and attach the ends with toothpicks. in the hollows created in the center of each circle I have a "stuffing" made of a cream cheese, milk, tiny bit of ranch, fresh garlic, a smidge of ginger, and 3 shakes of dill weed as a sauce with green and yellow bell peppers and grated medium cheddar cheese. Topping each is a healthy layer of Italian bread crumbs. Making Ranch Mashed potatoes and corn for the sides. I'm excited about it but holy cow, the prep time was insane...I started prepping over an hour ago and just now got the chicken in the oven to bake and the potatoes on the stove to boil...eesh! lol

They are delicious. /yes Biscuits and Gravy Casserole. I love breakfast food, and biscuits and gravy is my favorite breakfast meal! So every once in awhile I just have to have it for dinner. The casserole is handy, instead of biscuits and gravy everywhere taking up 18 dishes I get one casserole in one dish that I can reheat easily. ^^
