In game? You hit enter to bring up the chat cursor. That allows you to talk to your team. Shift+enter or /all works to talk to both teams, if not in an AI game.

I wish they would come out with a new Trundle skin, but I'm happy about the new Brand one.

I'm sure going to snag one of Xerath's skins. I'm thinking the Rune one, but I'll wait to see them in game first.
