Footwork

So I've been working on the oa2-3 trial weapon for monk since I've seen the data compared to the other trial weps.

Anyways, I've been reading up on footwork and I found that some people say that fw isn't affected by haste and others say haste does. So does it? And if it doesn't what kind of setup would be ideal for with fw and the 2-3 wep?

Also a friend asked if the fire path for h2h would be better than a fw setup.

Haste did not effect footwork like when it first came out. This was not functioning properly and was fixed by the next update. Ever since then, it does properly function with haste.

Fire path is inferior to footwork, but I plan to get a pair of fire path anyways, for times footwork is less likely to be successful. (For example, things that dispel frequently, para frequently, etc)
