cant find any info on what the set fast cast is,
looking to get this for bard full, I'm taru with good chr, bard ring and am doing thew bomblet runs to get the 3mil for a shi'ar. but if this is 10% fast cast, I might go with it.
any one know? Or want to tell me why i shouldnt?
