| Greetings, I’d like to take a moment to clarify which platform Seekers of Adoulin will be available on for those that have been asking. We will continue to support North American FINAL FANTASY XI players on the PlayStation 2, Xbox 360 and PC (Windows) platforms. However, FINAL FANTASY XI: Seekers of Adoulin will only be available on the Xbox 360 and Windows platforms in North America when it is released in 2013. | |||

For that topic part. EU doesn't have a PS2 version. The PS2 version + the Portable HDD never came in europe ^^.

they could remove all the old low lvl content that was once loved and played though to the fullest that is just a memory of the past, and a burden to the brave new fan base.
as well as the leveling system that is not key to learning jobs since it is a leech fest and is just a waiting period before these brave new adventurers can team up with the hardened veterans that have endured what ever it is SE has done to this game in the past few years. OR they could tell their fan base to shove it and get a PC/Xbox... \._./ Rage minions of SE! Rage! It's absurd the number of people who think ps2 ruined the game, when ps2 was the original platform. The argument has grown completely redundant, the same ***being brought up over and over and over throughout the years, with people having 0 capability of forming their own thoughts, and jumping on the 'lolps2' bandwagon.

Name me one mainstream/major retailer in NA that still carries new PlayStation 2 games. You have to realize how difficult it would probably be to not only produce antiquated software, but also sell it, especially since it's a foreign company.
