I used to watch all my series on French tv, back in the day France was Europes leading country when it came to importing animes.
Most of the time I didnt understand half of what was being said lol and up to this day I still need to rewatch Sin Seiya to figure out what the story was exactly about because of that annoying language barrier.

No, this thing is a couch that was comfortable for about two months and then became shitty but I've never replaced it because I use it so infrequently. I pretty much ONLY use it when we have company or when I'm sick and watching television and dozing. It really is a miserable couch and it will be on the curb soon enough. Had a Belgian friend who did this too. He was ridiculously fluent in languages though. He says it's from growing up watching so many different foreign TV shows (French and English mostly), but I think he's actually one of those people who is just super good with languages naturally on top of growing up in an environment where he was exposed to so many. Welp. Beat the main mission and then Shiggy comes along and tears me a new ***.
 And the twilight mode version of the main mission is even worse. Can't even get past the first handful of trash mobs. @_@;

I love the show and have very, very fond memories of it, and still enjoy it by and large. But I can fall asleep watching anything.
