tigerwood, use white thaltum, it's better than black when accuracy is capped, because 21 stp is a tier for weapons of delay ~350( destroyers, HS+1 etc).

Well the way i was thinking~
if you can't hit it~ get more accuracy
if you can hit it fairly enough~ hit harder
if you hit hard and accurate~ hit faster
my merit party is usually like
rdm brd cor sam drk rng
with my gkt merits~dex~JA's~and accuracy off gear
along with lucky 4 hunter's roll~ my accuracy is over capped.
lucky 4 chaos roll~ with attk food ~ now ur hitting hard
get double march and haste ~ along with haste from gear (not counting askar/walahra) and ur alrdy hitting pretty damn fast

so depending on askar or walahra~ attack 4% or 5% faster..doesn't matter at that point cuz ur alrdy attacking fast. so in that situation i'd use askar cuz i get a bit more attack, bit more accuracy, slight increase to crit rate cuz of the dex
so i think in this situation
askar zucchetto > walahra turban

Turban is never worse than Askar Zucchetto in any situation where you have any kind of haste buffs, generally speaking.

That is NEVER the case. The faster you are attacking the BETTER haste gets, not worse.

agree! use askar if your acc is horrible and once u get a ace helm use that but if you have 8/8 GK merits, bushi, J torque or PCC... then there is no point in askars
