1) Which SAM af+1(talking af1) piece is most valuable to get first?

2)WTF does "Enhance Zanshin" do?!
Does it make Zanshin proc more? Does it give tp bonus such as Ikishoten?
Not alot of info on this enhancement just curious to what it actually does.

1) No idea.
2) Makes Zanshin proc more on SAM and gives other jobs the ability to use Zanshin that normally wouldn't. (I assume you are talking about Bushido Cape and in that case don't ever use it >.>)

Edit:
Quickly looking at the diffs between AF and AF+1, it appears that Myochin Kote +1 would be the best to benefit from +1. Although I leveled SAM75, I really know nothing about the job. I'd wait for others to give you AF+1 advice ;)

Alky > Pallas > AF+1 hands for Y/G/K as accuracy is capped, also Ochimusha Kote > AF+1 for Penta Thrust.

Myochin Haidate +1 are nice for WS if you don't have Shura Haidate as they include STP so that could unlock another piece for WS if you gear permits it.

I would say it depends on what your TP and WS sets look like. Most people go for AF+1 hands for the STR and DEX combo, others go for Head/Legs for the STR+5 for weapon skill sets. First AFv1 I upgraded was Kabuto, but this was before AMK mini-expansion came out. The order is probably along the lines of:

1) Myochin Kote+1
2) Myochin Haidate+1
3) Myochin Kabuto+1
4) Myochin Domaru+1
5) Myochin Sune-Ate+1

the last 2-3 depend on if you want the whole set.

But like I said it depends on what your TP and WS sets look like. As for the "Enhance Zanshin" I believe it just increases proc rate.

Game Description: May attack again immediately after missing a target.
Job Traits are always active.
Further Notes:
Activation rate is 45% on 75SAM main, and about 25% on /SAM.
SAM merit Zanshin Attack Rate increases activation rate by 1% per upgrade.
When Zanshin activates, Zanshin's extra attack has a +35 accuracy bonus.

Zanshin effects from gear, food or buffs do not require the job trait to be enabled.
Zanshin can activate on swings that consume shadows (blink).
Zanshin can activate on swings that are guarded or countered, even if damage is dealt.
Zanshin can activate on a 0 damage hit.
Zanshin cannot occur in conjunction with Double Attack. One or the other may occur, but not both during the same attack phase (i.e. you will not swing your weapon more than twice in one attack phase).
Zanshin can activate on missed Weapon Skills (if Double Attack has occured).
Zanshin can miss.

Alky hands and no kitty pants so I'm thinking legs it is.

Was just looking at Myochin +1 set and noticed on the feet and got curious. But yeah, definite no on the Bushido Cape.

2) Upgrade Legs (optional)
3) Upgrade Head
4) Run AF quests again and store the remaining items
5) ???
6) PROFIT

Edit: Just to clarify, all of the SAM pieces are quickly replaced at 75 with other alternatives. The only real purposes of +1 gear is to upgrade the head so you can store the rest of the gear and free up inventory slots.

Or HQ the head so it has white box and drop the rest because it's all crap.

If your doing Dynamis I'd say the same about the relic gloves. Those 2 are the only pieces worth even having out of both sets of gear.
