Can Linos Hit "All Songs +3" Or Myth?

Sorry if this is redundant. Looking to get back into BRD. Don't have the capital to make horn atm, wondering if Linos can hit +3 all songs, or if that was the product of really good photoshop? I see on the item page everyone was denying it for a time, and there's a few screenshots floating around of +3 songs (could be edited). BG wiki lists it as +2 as the max value from Dim stones. Is there anybody who can absolutely confirm +3 all songs exists before I try mass farming skirmish stones for a chance at it? None of the below screenshots have person's who used their name, which is a likely indication it doesn't exist.

+2 songs would be sufficient for me for now anyways, just curious if this is still unconfirmed or if it's just not updated in the pages. In time I'll make the horn anyways, just not right now.

Fake doesn't even require photoshop just some other knowledge to be able to take an easy pic that actually listed +3 via ingame
