It's not actually possible, STP is the guaranteed HQ augment on Haidate. You see MND and VIT a lot because they, along with AGI and critdmg, are the common secondary augments. Dunno really, is just math, attack and +2 agi + bonus dex and str..im testing it..with pil boomerang and this sollerets in abissea /war constantly 3,5k dmg+
You can have streaks, but you can't get away from the expected outcome. I'm only considering mainhand crits since they're the ones that make a huge difference.
Your crit rate on Hi inside of abyssea should be 90% assuming RR and GH. This means that for every 100 Hi's that land, you will be doing 8 less crits which you will notice over the long run. We all know the difference between a crit'd Hi and a non-crit'd Hi, there's absolutely no way that 8str/8agi/16atk can make up for this. That chakram is also garbage compared to qirmiz.

If that's the only relevant augment then it should be about the same assuming 0/1% gain in critrate from Ocelomeh, if Shura has other desirable augments then it'll generally pull ahead slightly.
Anyone know if there's any better Hi gear from the 95 update? (Besides that 12AGL helm)

I use Cuauhtli +1 and was wondering if losing the +7 Str gonna hurt me WS damage wise with the +5 Dex and Agi increase on Ocelomeh. Thank you very much I'd use BH in both sets and probably Seiryu's Kote in both as well. Not sure about AF3 neck in your inside set but I donno what Atma you use.

AGI+5 and crit rate +3 at the loss of DEX+4. Sets are for VW, some of which need more ACC. Only reason I use Anguinus, Cuch belt is in another dDEX set.
