Items (probably nothing) will be updated in the morning. This month's login campaign is most likely a recap of the last 3 months like they do every 3 months. Also there are no notes in the update preview about more items being added, so I'm not expecting anything.

porter slips above 19~ showing only a "." in their in-game name. Um, porterpacker still worked for me luckily

They gotta make some time to do vana'bout next month. Joke update probably took them 5 minutes to do

It's golden week soon, so this probably won't be Fixed until next update again.
There is no "probably" and golden week is irrelevant.
It will not be fixed because *** you. Not because of any other reason. Double: I don't remember which slips were broken in november
The same fix should work. Just manually revert the files. Thornyy fixed it last time, shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to do again (if you ask nicely) https://www.ffxiah.com/forum/topic/57561/storage-slip-dat-mod#3683731 it appears to be the same slips as last time
