WINE: Page Fault In 32-bit Code

I have a setup in which WINE 1.9.18/MacBook Pro 2011 crashes at the Terms of Service screen with an unhandled page fault in 32-bit code. This seems to be a somewhat common problem on the WINE board, but there's no mention of a fix. Has anyone had this problem come up?
