I can buy my Legendary gloves, boots and body tomorrow so I should hit level 27 and I'll be able to do The Vault of Glass raid. Woot woot! Got super lucky today as well. Two Legendary engrams in a row and both gave me the Pulse Rifle and the Sniper Rifle.

Did a few missions last night and some pvp with some friends. The game is pretty fun =o

this game is a ball, I have a hard time putting the focker down at night. My fireteam continues their ***luck, & are both stuck at 21 though we've done nothing different. the grinds in this game are even fun, to me. go wonder around on patrol to get spin metal to upgrade my legedary boots? np! strikes with friends? duh. OK! bleh need 9 more rare+ fusion rifles for this legendary bounty... everywhere i go to farm engrams tho people are over camping the mobs ;/

YouTube Video Placeholder Went to the Raid and got to the 3rd boss and he is super hard. There is 7 boss and there's no really no pointers, you have to figure how to beat them. Raid is a must play event, it's INSANE!

they need to do some maintenance on this damn game for a day so I can catch up on my DVR & get some sleep. Our team (everyone is 27, with a 28 in there) got aetheos or whatever 30-ish % last night :( We were literally fighting it for around an hour straight in that attempt.
All it takes it one little screw up, and it's over. Hopefully will have a win tonight. bout a couple def upgrades away from lv25 ;x

The Hard mode is level 30. The Legendary Gun I got is a primary with actual Void Damage. Has maximum rapid fire with the abilities to cut down recoils and damage bonus on half the clip. The 1st boss dropped a Sniper with super weak recoil, precision kills explode enemies. Edit: A correction, my best friend got an exotic body for Warlock from the win. Lowers all abilities cool downs further while in Radiance Mode for Sunslinger, you look like a cleric wearing it. Nop, final boss dropped a few exotics for my team. We also found some low-tier exotic weapons in a mere chest, although the Armor/Weapon chests are in very secretive places. Weapons found in the chest were Suros Regime (Exotic Autorifle), and Red Death (Exotic Pulse Rifle). I got some legendary cape, Shattered Vault, I think it's called. Looks very nice. I got some trashy legendary from final boss though :(. Need reset asap, want some goodies outta this. Wonder if Monte Carlo is capable of dropping in there, want it so bad. Using Thorn/Bad Juju atm as far as exotic weapons go. They're ok I guess. Edit: Missed your edit, lol. Did the Cave "exploit", got three legendary engrams in 40 or so mins, ridiculous ;o
I've yet to get a legendary engram from a drop, and from my profile I've killed ~9k enemies. Any legendary engram I've got is from ranking up the engram NPC, and even then I've only managed to get legendary weapons.
I was like that aswell, I'm inclined to believe the higher level you are, the more often they drop---for whatever reason that may be.
Like honestly when I was around Lv25, my first direct drop legendary engram took an extreme amount of kills. The following ones weren't much different. Once I got 26, I noticed an increase, but thought "Hey, random luck is random". But now at Lv.27, I can see one in 30mins or so of Skywatch Cave farming on average, something that before, would've taken me quite a few hours. |
