I actually enjoy out of my market baseball teams so I normally only get to watch them in the playoffs. I'm a fan of the Royals and the Tigers.

I used to get the Extra Innings package just so I could fall asleep to the dulcet tones of Vin Scully. That man is a national treasure.

Baseball is a great bit of background, and I love it, but it's not meant to be the same sort of experience as football. I mean, this is a game that's supposed to be played on a lazy summer day, not a metaphor for warfare.

I wish I would have played baseball past like 10. I just found it boring to play.

Speaking of baseball you got to watch "homer at bat" if you haven't seen it.

Third season 17th episode. But most importantly a John Swartzwelder episode.

I like the Pirates, because I always did as a kid. I've a soft spot for Boston because my uncle's a big fan. I've also been a fan of the Mariners and Diamondbacks in the past because Randy Johnson (though there's nothing in the world that could make me root for a team from *** NYC.)

And in football, you have exactly that. A lot of noise and posteuring, a little bit of action, and far too many people getting injured for it to actually be worthwhile to the people involved.

I could never cheer for the Yankees.

I think you're forgetting an important aspect of adult softball.

I rather go to a college party, less work and I don't have to sweat outside in the 100 degree heat.

I don't even know where I'd go to a college party anymore.

I went to a party school that has spent the past decade trying to change that atmosphere, with great success. Last alumni event I went to was lame as ***.

And we're talking about a school Penn State kids traveled to when they really wanted to live it up.

Anywhere else just seems...pathetic.

(In fareness: I did NOT go there because it was a party school and it never seemed like we partied that hard to me until I left and saw how absolutely lame other schools were. I moved to a different "college town" after graduating and couldn't even find a beer distributor open past 7:00 p.m.)

Need to scream it louder and harder, call people sheeple, and post some raving, ludicrous *** from info wars how saying "NO U!" is somehow destroying America because it's really an affront to the people on how both political parties are really traitorous for making you pay taxes to keep things functioning.

I am going to be entirely honest with you about the subject of ISIS, Turkey, Iran, Israel, and the rest of the hot mess in that region of the world:

I have no idea who the hell, if any of them, are actually our *** allies in anything but name anymore.

except there are 195 players and they are all criminally insane, the spaces the marbles go are filled with land mines, the marbles are nuclear bombs, and there are nine billion specks of humanity scattered about the board that get blown apart, hacked to shreds, burned in cages or shot in the back of the head by crazy ***...every time someone takes a turn

It is required of us to fill a certain amount of outrage quota everyday if we want to continue to keep this subsection on.
