Character/Free Company not updating

My character hasn't updated in over a week and same with my free company, but it shows my current character on the picture. My jobs aren't updating.

Have you tried to click the update button on your profile? I added it recently. I just updated it, looks like the data is current. Let me know if I'm wrong.

I don't see an Update button on mine. I never have. You sure it isn't set to Admin only?

I believe it disappears because it has been recently updated, this needs to be more user friendly.
