Good to see my "only found in xx shrub" stuff is making the rounds. I'm not aware of any other database that has that info, so the more exposure the better.
Here's the botany stuff if you prefer everything to be given in percentages rather than those letters so you don't have to cross-reference stuff, or if you just like spreadsheets better. I find the letters to be slightly misleading in some cases.

Good work on compiling all the DoL stuff together in one place. I had hoped to do that someday, but I just don't have the time.
Only corrections I would point out are...
1) Your Thanlan - Grade 2 - Drybone botany section still has the percentages instead of the letters.
2) Your botany sections list the guildleve targets, whereas your mining sections don't. Not a huge deal, just inconsistent.
we can find out exactly what we will be getting from the node. After dertirmaining what item it is, we have to strike at the correct location. Using this 1-5 
and this 1-4 
striking points, We can now sussessfully gather from the node. Using the Favored notch 
, you can start getting the items you are looking for based on its rareness. (The shorter the starting remainder, the rarer the item is at that node.) I have also compiled the harvesting and quarrying results, and the max yield amounts for each node.
